Warranty - For Your Peace of Mind

In the unlikely event that one of our products is faulty, rest assured that it will be covered under the full 10 year guarantee.  
It is very possible that we may be able to solve your issue without you having to return the item.  If the issue cannot be resolved we at Platinum Taps & Bathrooms will send out a brand new replacement.
Your first step would be to contact our customer service team by emailing sales@platinumtaps.co.uk detailing the issue you have experienced.  Please refer to the Returns policy page for full details.  Once the item is deemed to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement part to be sent out to you and your delivery charge will be refunded if the original item is requested back for testing.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a 10 year warranty on the bulbs in our LED shower heads. We will cover the shower head itself, but because of the nature of this product we will not be able to offer a 10 year warranty on the life of the bulbs.
